The first reason why Rey is Luke's daughter is because of her force powers. Some supporting evidence is that when she was in her cell on Starkiller base, she convinces the guard stormtrooper to undo her bindings, to leave the cell with the door open, and drop his weapon. While many other Jedi wave their hands to do a mind trick but Rey was so strong in the force that she did not need to wave her hand. The second reason is a mysterious quote from Luke Skywalker, "The Force is strong in my family. I have it, my father has it, my sister has it. You have that power too..." We do not know who he was talking to, but, it could have been Rey. Finally, the last reason is, that Luke's light saber called to her. While this may seem insignificant, this means that because his light saber called to her she must have been related to him. Also why would her memory of her childhood be in Luke's memories. In conclusion, Rey is Luke's daughter because of the reasons listed above.
